WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

We offer returns within 15 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen.
We perform a thorough quality check before sending them out. However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know at earthymailbox@gmail.com within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you. Please include photos of the defective or incorrect items for our reference!

HOW CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us as soon as possible - within 24 hours - by e-mail to earthymailbox@gmail.com.
If you want to change your order, you can either email or contact us via phone.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and then will notify you of your refund. 
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days depending on your card issuer's policy.

WHEN WILL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

Free shipping on all orders above Rs.1000. An additional charge of Rs. 300 will be levied on orders below that.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email will be sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with us.
