RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. 
Please register returns within 48 hours from the date you received it. 
Any product you return must be unused in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.

REFUND

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and then will notify you of your refund. 
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Account. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days depending on your card issuer's policy.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Product defects or incorrect items are rare but they do happen.
We perform a thorough quality check before sending them out. However, if there are any defects or incorrect items, do let us know at earthymailbox@gmail.com within 10 days of the shipping date and we will be glad to assist you. Please include photos of the defective or incorrect items for our reference!

CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER

If you want to cancel your order, you must notify us as soon as possible - within 24 hours - by e-mail to earthymailbox@gmail.com.
If you want to change your order, you can either email or contact us via phone.

HOW TO RETURN

A reverse pick-up will be arranged by our courier partners depending upon your pin-code and only two pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
Once received, the return/exchange product goes through a quality check.Please allow 5-7 days for the processing of returns/exchanges.

QUALITY CHECK

Once we've received the product, we conduct a thorough quality check. Earthy Objects has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
